This refreshing cooler is crisp and only 3 ingredients! Simply watermelon, cucumbers and honey. Delicious!

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine cubed watermelon, cut cucumber and honey in blender and blend until smooth, about 1 minute. Strain mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a large pitcher filled halfway with ice.
  2. Divided cooler between 6 glasses. Garnish with watermelon wedges and cucumber slices. Serve and enjoy.

Watermelon Raspberry Lemonade

Ingredients

  • 6 cups watermelon cubes (seeds removed)
  • 1/4 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice

Directions

  1. Place watermelon, raspberries, and water in container of electric blender, cover and blend until smooth. Strain through fine mesh strainer into pitcher.
  2. Stir in sugar and lemon juice until sugar dissolves. Refrigerate until chilled, about 1 hour.
