Has your diet been a little to loose lately? Have you had a little too much rich food, drank a few more beers, and party hardy on a few too many snacks? If so it may be time for a detox to get your system back in shape. While the best way to feel good is to maintain a healthy, balanced diet full of nutritious whole foods and plenty of water, sometimes a jumpstart can help. That’s where detox teas come in. We’ve rounded up  some of the best options available so that you can get right into it. Many contain a combination of herbs and spices that aim to improve your digestion and support your body with antioxidants. Most of all, they’re warming and taste good thanks to ingredients such as ginger, licorice, and green tea.

Detoxification is the process of removing harmful toxins from the body. It is a great way to achieve a higher level of health. Detoxes can last from a few days to a few weeks and can include drinking juices, cutting out sugar and flour, or eating a diet high in fiber. There are plenty of tea companies out there that have made tea blends specifically to help you in the process of detoxifying the body. Remember, not all detox diets are safe! Do your research before starting one. In the meantime, here are a few of our favorite teas to help you on your journey:
