  1. Nutrition is probably the biggest aspect of having a healthy thyroid. I guess since there are so many processed foods nowadays, and little time for people to prepare healthy meals everyday, nutrition goals are being meet less and less everyday – like your article alluded to. Thyroid supplements and thyroid hormone replacement drugs work for most people, but I wonder if there will eventually be a universal cure in the future.
