5 Pantry Ingredients for Great Looking Hair

The best way to prevent hair loss is to do everything you can to maintain healthy hair and promote good hair growth. Your hair is an extension of  your personality. A healthy head of hair can boost your confidence and turn your bad day into a good one! Taking care of your hair is as important as taking care of your skin. Opting for a salon every now and then can literally dig a hole in your pocket, right?

Certain hair accessories — including hairpins, clips, and rubber bands — can cause extensive hair breakage when they are used to hold your hair tightly in place. Tight ponytails, cornrows, or braids can also create tension on your hair and cause it to break and appear thin. For healthy hair, experts recommend minimizing the use of hair accessories and not continuously wearing hairstyles that pull on your hair.

Here are a few natural solutions that you can try to get that silky, polished salon-like mane by using regular kitchen ingredients.
